Shipping policy

Dantelle only accepts returns on defective merchandise purchased by phone or online for full refund or exchange. 
All returns and exchanges must be requested by e-mail/phone no later than 5 business days after receiving the product. The product must be sent back to Dantelle within 14 days from the date of delivery. 
Dantelle does not accept international returns at this time. 

RETURN SHIPPING:
The Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. The shipping cost will be paid by Dantelle only when the return is a result of our error or defect. If you received damaged or wrong merchandise, we require you to contact our Customer Service no later than 5 business days of receipt. We only offer exchanges for the same item.
